Project Management - Our Approach - Why Us?

NIVID Project Management Methodologies are based on PRINCE 2 Guidelines and principles which provide benefits to the managers and directors of a project and to an organisation, through the controllable use of resources and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively. PRINCE (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured method for effective project management. It is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.

PRINCE embodies established and proven best practice in project management. It is widely recognised and understood, providing a common language for all participants in a project. PRINCE encourages formal recognition of responsibilities within a project and focuses on what a project is to deliver, why, when and for whom.

At NIVID, our project team is able to distinguish itself apart from other project teams by being specialist in IT and in Project Management thus bringing a bundled and unique approach to your projects. Other benefits include:

A controlled and organised project structure till finish
Regular reviews of progress as per the plan
Business Case for and against the project plan
Control over project parameters and inclusion of client’s project team over various deviations requiring appropriate confirmation and access to proceed further
The involvement of management and stakeholders at the right time and place during the project
Good communication channels between the project, project management, and the rest of the organisation

A major stimulant to creative thinking is focused questions. There is something about a well-worded question that often penetrates to the heart of the matter and triggers new ideas and insights.
