Project management for ICT Infrastructure solutions
On award of the project NIVID will allocate a nominated Technical
Consultant. Any deviations from contract or site issues
should be reported to the Technical Consultant. All amendments
or issues arising with regards to the project must be confirmed
in writing to NIVID before the amendments can be carried out.
Our Technical consultant will be responsible for:
Initial
Site survey
Project
plan proposal (recommendations based on network designs,
current network architecture in use, timeline and
proposed methodology)
Liaise
with client at regular intervals for any amendments
required.
Network
implementation and installation
Final
network testing and completion
