Careers - Guidance scheme
Our coach is someone who will listen
and advise all our trainees and participants of the scheme.
He/She will be able to help an individual to recognise their
strengths and weaknesses in relation to their professional
life and career and guide them while applying those to improve
and enhance their particular situation.
How will you benefit?
In many cases all that will be required
is for the coach to help an individual to plan, strategise
and create a career growth plan and identify areas that
require professional assistance and guidance. In other situations
a long-term relationship will result where the coach is
able to offer continuing help and guidance through the individual's
career.
How does the Guidance
scheme work?
Under the Guidance scheme, the coach
will select the candidates based on their existing proficiency
and their skill set. The coach and the candidates will than
devise a career growth plan and a structured timeline. The
coach and the candidate will agree on a mutually agreed
time and dates to meet and discuss the growth and the various
aspects of the plan from time to time.
The Guidance Scheme is entirely confidential
and mentors do not share details of their candidates to
the company or to anyone else.
There are clear and defined set of
guidelines for the Guidance Scheme and we require all the
participants who apply to join the Guidance Scheme to agree
to comply with the Guidelines.
