Maintaining business continuity
Office relocation can be most of
the times very disruptive resulting in increased cost, conflicts
between staff, disruption in communication and most of all,
work disruption which can cause maximum damage. Such type
of disruption can be minimised and controlled.
For example, Changes to power and data positions can often
be done prior to the main move so that they can be fully
tested in advance. Being IT Consultants and Specialist in
IT Relocation, we work closely with clients’ IT departments
to ensure that the changes are ‘seamless’ and
invisible to users.
We ensure effective data backup keeping in line with the
Business continuity procedures we strive to maintain. For
eg, During office set up, moves and relocations Servers
and Network Appliances that are critical for client’s
infrastructure are handled either by clients IT department
under our guidance or solely by our Server team to maintain
the highest level of quality, security and safety.
